Terms & Conditions for Rumble – Live Action Gaming

Note: These terms and conditions affect your legal rights. It is therefore important that you read and understand them. Terms and Conditions are subject to change.


Players must be 6 years of age or older (6 and 7 year olds must be accompanied by a playing adult). Responsible adults should remain at the venue when children under 12 years are playing. We recommend at least one adult per eight children. Players must check-in at the venue reception at least 15 minutes prior to your booking time to allow for a prompt start. Players should wear clothes and footwear which is appropriate for the activity. Long trousers and long sleeve tops are recommended as nettles and brambles may be present on site. Loose fitting footwear such as flip flops should be avoided. Trainers or better still, boots which offer ankle protection are recommended as there are naturally occurring trip hazards in the playing area. A safety briefing must be completed. You and members of your group must comply with all signs or other directions of Rumble’s staff, including the guidance given in the safety briefing. Staff have absolute discretion to suspend or cancel your participation should you not comply with the safety conditions, or for reckless, careless or inappropriate conduct. Players who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances may not be allowed to play. In such cases, no refund will be available. From time to time, members of staff may take photographs or video footage for promotional purposes. You will be asked for your permission beforehand. If your permission is granted it will be deemed that you consent to the images being used for said promotional purposes in perpetuity. If you do not wish to have your images or those of minors in your charge to be used, you should make a member of staff aware at the time.

Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Individual and small group bookings of 10 players or less

Full payment is required in advance at the time of booking. All bookings and payments should be made online. It is not possible to pay for your booking at the venue. Customers are entitled to a full refund if the booking is cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled playing appointment or at your request, the booking may be rescheduled to a future date subject to availability. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the playing appointment will not be entitled to a refund. No refunds will be issued on the day for any events. This includes arriving late, non-attendance or any amendments made to the booking on the day.

Group and Party Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy (bookings of over 10 players)

All party and group bookings require a minimum of a £50 deposit to be paid at the time of booking. Participant numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the date of the event. The full balance for all parties must be paid at least 10 days before the date of the event. In the event of a cancellation 7 days (or earlier) before the event date the customer will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid. Any cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date but more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations for group or party bookings made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment booking will not be entitled to a refund. At Rumble we strive to give the best experience we possibly can to our customers whether it be prior, during and even after your visit. We understand and appreciate the importance of all feedback and welcome ALL comments regarding your visit.
